On the bottom left sidebar you should see an option that says "Following". Once his profile comes up, press RB to get to the "Social" tab. Open up the Xbox guide and on the "People" tab, scroll down to "Find someone". The good news is that there is a workaround! If you own the game but don't have it currently installed, don't despair - this trick will let you download it! The game mysteriously vanished from everyone's ready to install list if you did not already have it installed.
This workaround obviously will of course only work for people who owned the game already before it was delisted. My friend JoeCamNet found a nice workaround to re-download DOOM II: Hell on Earth (via Xbox One back compat) which is the Xbox 360 Live Arcade version of DOOM II.
